No. Not in any form. No imagery, no discussion of the fear itself, no exposure of any kind. The session is deeply relaxing from start to finish. You'll be in your own quiet space the entire time.
How many sessions will I need? +
In most cases, one. The free consultation lets me build a session tailored specifically to you so we get it right the first time. Follow-up sessions are available if ever desired.
Does hypnotherapy actually work over Zoom? +
Yes — and the comfort of your own home actually helps. Hypnotherapy works entirely through spoken word. Being relaxed in a familiar space enhances the process, not hinders it.
What exactly happens in the session? +
We start with how you want to feel instead of afraid. That becomes the destination. The session guides your subconscious there — privately, peacefully, and without revisiting the fear. Most people are surprised by how simple and relaxing it is.
Is hypnotherapy safe? +
